I am so excited it's finally Wednesday!! So much so that I am actually writing this on Monday night (love the "post option" feature on blogger!)
I've been doing so well this week in regards to my diet: exercising on a regular basis, logging all my food, keeping within my daily points (well, using those extra points), and making good choices.
So I weighed in....5.6 pounds lost!!!! WoooHooo!!! I think I'm finally back on track!! I've had a permagrin on my face ever since weigh in!!
Thank you all for all your good thoughts and encouragement these past weeks when I was hitting my head against a brick wall!!
